I value Jessica as not only a problem solver, but a problem seeker — she looks for opportunities for improvement and capitalizes on them. Her ideation, attention to detail and tempo never fail to produce solid design solutions. Solutions aside, working with Jessica is just plain fun.
Jessica never fails to bring her creative energy, innovative ideas and great design to the table. Working on a project with Jessica is always fun and productive; we've collaborated on several, from major campaigns to one-off social media posts. I have no doubt that the work Jessica's produced for Southwestern has improved the university's digital image. I am particularly impressed with the level of work she's done on designing and implementing several custom/campaign websites, including Southwestern's first digital President's Report. Additionally, she has devoted much of her time to researching and implementing more effective email communication practices for university & external relations.
She is a rare talent that I haven't seen for a long time in the industry. She can pick up jobs and give it life. Constantly doing interesting work and well polished design. Only wish all the art directors these days are like her.
Besides being a joy to work with, Jessica possesses the rare combination of technical skill and design sense. She has a remarkable ability to assimilate process and techniques that would normally require repeated training.
Jessica is one of the hardest working people I know. She works very hard to produce her best work even when working with the most unrealistic deadlines. She goes out of her way on a daily basis to get everything she needs done while helping others meet their deadlines as well. She is definitely the kind of colleague I feel lucky to have.
